Partner Program
CommSecure sells its electronic bill presentment and payment services (‘EBPP’) across a wide variety of industry sectors and verticals and increasingly through a select group of channel partners. These channel partners include:

- Financial Institutions
- Application Service Providers
This approach ensures that our solutions are better able to meet the requirements of our clients whilst providing an efficient selling and fulfillment model for all parties. Our partners are equipped to confidently sell and support CommSecure solutions through a partner program which includes:
- Comprehensive sales and marketing collateral including industry white papers
- Expert technical education on CommSecure services
- On call pre-sales and application support facilities
- 24 x 7 system monitoring and management
Partnership Choices
CommSecure’s Channel Partner Program is specifically aimed at organisations whose own customers can benefit from using CommSecure’s solutions. They may or may not have complementary product offerings, but do have a very strong sales culture. They market and sell the CommSecure product range within their local markets, to provide enhanced capabilities and services to their clients. Prospective channel partners then have the following options:
- Wholesale Program - This program appeals to those organisations who wish to leverage existing sales and marketing infrastructure to fully integrate CommSecure solutions into their own product mix whilst retaining full control over how that service is marketed, sold and supported. Key elements of this program include:
- Channel partner retains ownership of the end customer
- Channel partner assumes ownership and responsibility for all sales and marketing activities
- Channel partner bills, collects and supports end customers
- Channel partner retains pricing and margin control
- Reseller Program - This program appeals to those organisations which do not have the internal sales, marketing or operational infrastructure to fully integrate CommSecure solutions into their own product mix and instead wish to refer sales opportunities to CommSecure in exchange for an ongoing commission. Key elements of this program include:
- Channel partner earns a fixed commission for all sales successfully referred to and closed by CommSecure
- CommSecure retains ownership of the customer and accordingly all sales and marketing aspects of the sale including customer support
For the partnership to be successful there also has to be strong evidence of market opportunity, reinforced by development of a joint value proposition, supported by active sales and marketing campaigns and concluded by a quality delivery.
